What lures do you use for jewfish?

Hey everyone, i wanna try my luck catching a jew on either soft plastics or hardbody's.
I have never caught one and would really love to catch one (it will definitely be released if you were worried).
But does anyone have a personal favourite soft plastic or hardbody for these awesome fish?
Any help would be much appreciated.

What colour jerkshad would you use for early morning or late night in clear water?

HB's recommended to me have been Duel MG Diet 90-F and Rapala X-RAP SXR12. Have also tried Daiwa CM9 DR-FG 93. Am yet to land one but has been fun trying. Regards. HBt

They eat anything from jelly prawns to 40cm mullet. Gotta take into account how and where your fishing for them and the size of the fish.
