You can probably get your hands on a used Daiwa SOL or Alphas for under $300. They can probably handle anything down to 1/8oz easily with a 1-3kg, 2-4kg or 2-5kg rod. If you want to go even lighter, look at bearing upgrades and tuning spools. But in saying that, casting light stuff with a baitcaster takes quite a bit of practice, especially when you go down to around the 1/8oz mark, it begins to get really tricky once you try and go below that.

Ive got a Curado 50E matched up with a 3-6kg 7' Temple fork outfitters rod and I can get a cast upto about 20m with a 6g lure. One of my favourite combos
