I Normaly double hop my plastics. Sometimes a hop............. Then Hop again. Hard to explain. Lifting it off the bottom and then as if you feel it's sinking again give it another Hop. I don't Normaly like doing it to fast for flatties. Pausing for around 2-3 seconds after each set. As for bream I just do a little double twitch style retrieve. What areas are you fishing? I find a yabbie bank pretty much flawless for trying to find flathead.

100mm is a perfect size for bream and flathead.

100mm as said is a good size for bream/flathead especially in bloodworm colour. I retrieve my lure by doing two flicks of the rod tip then let it sink again. Good luck!!

As said before 80 and 100mm in wasabi and bloodworm are great for bream/flathead. I also like the 60mm with a really light jighead in bloodworm for bream. My favourite retrieve for bream is just a slow lift and sometimes a single hop.for flathead I like to use a double hop or just a slow lift.
