Split Rings

I ordered a Attack minnow and a Oargee lil ripper and i put them on my line with a blood knot i think thats what its caled carnt remember right now but any way they both started of good until the know moved around a bit then they swam side ways and stuff so i put on a slpit ring and they swim great.
What my Question is r they ment to come with a split ring outa the packet???
or do i have to do that special know that had a loop for freedom

Hey

Check out the loop knot here under 'lure knot', -> http://www.sportsfish.com.au/fishing...ots/index.html

at least I think thats the loop knot most ppl here use

its pretty easy and quick, and gives the little fellas optimum action

Spot on Torvic,
Unless the lure comes with a split ring, use a loop knot from your leader to the lure. Some guys even take the split ring off their lures.
