S-Factor all the way, not keen on the sachet though, love the tube.

Ultrabite is my backup

$35 is about what you expect to pay for a tube of megastrike

as for the thread question.. ive had varied results on both, pays to keep both handy and see if either is working on the day.

i used to use s factor all the time, but now i just dont bother, i still catch just as many fish without it, and most of the time im jsut using HB's or different brand SP's like ecogear or something,
if i was given a tube of s-factor though i would know doubt use it
its great stuff

i'm the same as most of the blokes above. S Factor. a mate and i tested it when we were down at Glenelg earlier this year, i'd use it on the same plastic as him and he would use no S Factor. the results were about 4 fish to 1 in favour of the plastic with S Factor. i was sold!

Hmmm....I prefer S factor because its cheap and easy to purchase (Plus a free bag of plastics!!)

I've fished with another person who was using Megastrike while I was using S factor. We both caught 1 legal bream each, he caught a toady and I caught a small flathead. (tough day on the water!!)

Each has its time and place, I think its just a matter of finding out whats working on the day (A weee bit cliched I know!)

I don't like dizzy's tournament stuff, all it does is sit in the boat like a free loading passenger. The garlic stuff is worse, it leaked and stunk my tackle bag out for ages.
