Hey guys,

Bear, that is no question really, but there are 2 answers:

1. Work has a faster connection.

2. The overlord at home cant monitor how much time I'm spending here

I mostly come here because we have an ADSL connection at work. Beats 56k dialup at home..... I can read the forums while downloading several mp3's at once no probs at all.

My company is about to go bust (no it's not because I spend so much time at breammaster ) so it won't last for much longer though

Bummer Jimi, hope you get something quick.

For the rest, get back to work

Actually, I saw it coming and it's worked out well for me at least. I managed to get another, better paying, job just before they announced the job cuts. Now I just have to serve out my 4 weeks notice here.....

It's lucky really, because I have to pay the credit card after all those breammaster purchases....

Nice life if you can get it.

My aim this year is to get the business going so I can work from home more and have a bit more freedom to do my own sort of hours.

Nice to dream

Now there's a couple of ideas.

Get the boss to buy some bream lures for the next golf comp as prizes.

Better still, bugger the golf comp. Why not a bream comp.

I can see it now.

Talking faster! yes siree!

hey guys I've got a great 256K conn' at home and it sure beats work, spending all day with customers allows me to read the posts but not actually add too many comments. I'm on an Internet Helpdesk and some of my fellow Breamers are probably clients so I'll refrain fom too many details. This is a great site and if puts a smile on your dial then you probably work better as a result. Just do it!

Love my work Connection My favourite forums sit in the background and I can check up on them every so often to see what has changed.

That's my ploy Matt.

I'm one of the CAD administrators here and we get full access to the net and so on.

I find it's a good way to take a break every hours or so. Tend to get into a groove sometimes and can work away for 2 hours or so b4 you realize you need to just stop for a few minutes.

Luckily, I work for myself. (small plug - Wizard Home Loans Springwood! ) So....I'm online 24 hours a day.
