NEW 2010 Shimano Twin power FA C14

Hey everyone,

Just came accross this looks very shmick and considering the new Ci4 materialised rotor, no doubt it should perform quite well. Not sure about anyone else but it really does give the new 2010 Certate impression.
Here are a few pics.

They need to bring them out with a 5.0/1 or better yet 4.9/1 ratio. Would feel so much better. Good size, good weight. With the spool dia of the 2500 shimano's line recovery at a lower gear ratio would still be heaps, just stop them feeling like a boat winch to crank.

Any idea on weight of these reels? It's a shame Shimano don't bring in some of the Japanese models like the Cardiff, Complex and Twinpower Mg. There is some good stuff there that could compete with the mid range Daiwa gear.

Cheers, Dror

Nice looks just like the Cardiff. If its anything like the Cardiff it will be a nice bit of gear.

At the time being there are only 2 models out. The 2500 & 4000 size. Not sure if they are gonna bring out a bigger model. No doubt they will.
