no rubbish zone areas

how do we get the govement involved to put signs up and have no rubbish zones on our lakes dams and rivers andthat the rangers have the power to fine those littering critters of the human hace how do we get pertiions signed and handed to our goverment all around australia.to achieve this is a BIG PROJECT BUT ACHEIVABLE .

pretty sure littering is illegal anyway so i think you will find there is not a lot you can do on top of that...

im not talking about littering im talking about no rubish zone around lakes dams and rivers for example that when people are around in the warmer months that the rangers patrol a lot more of our water ways and fine people for throwing there rubish im also talkin about all the bussnesses around the water edges to comply with littering laws such as not overfilling there rubbish bin and not be able to close them so when the wind blows it doesnt blow in the lakes dams and rivers ,i see a lot of bussnesses over filling there bins and not caring were it ends up in .

vlad i understand what you are saying and its a great idea, but we cant even get fisheries officers to come out and have a look at people taking buckets of undersized fish, nor security officers or police on and around trains/stations to stop people being assaulted in melbourne at least. so i think that it would be very long shot but good luck mate...

but we are all part of our community if we dont do our part we cant expect the council or govement to do our part for us .if we dont look after our areas were we live who will then we as poeple of our community have that power to do something abnout the situation .

i was talking to someone who got pertitio0ns signed sent it to the govermant and what do you know the govement took action and dealt with the issue .if you believe nothing is impossable.we all think that the big corporations have the power thats bullDohDohDohDoh we humans have the power .
