What $1000 combo?

Hey guys,

Just received a bonus so i'm gona treat myself to a secondary outfit. Currently have an Egrell Bear S2 matched with a new certate 2500.

I'm intending to grab a 2004 size Certate/Steez and a 1-3kg or something light.

What would you spend $1000 on?

I'm not posting this as a bored schoolkid in class

Serious on getting a new outfit.

Cheers

custom rod and a new certate

if your willing to spend the coin, you may aswell spend it well and custom rods are so much nicer to use
new certates are great and will leave you more coin left over to spend on the rod compared to a steez

I'd check out reviews of the new certate, I have heard two reports so far of the anti-reverse breaking with only 50% drag applied when a nice fish was caught? One of them was on here.

Miller or GLX and a steez 2004 or 2506. Look at BNIB second handers if there's any around to try and fit in to the $1000 budget

For $1,000 I will sell you a great secondary outfit. I have a daiwa regal 2500 and a Pflueger Trion up fro grabs I will even spool the regal with new braid (fireline of course) and chuck in an additional 2 (yes that's right 2 ) spare spools spooled up with braid I bought from ebay 2 years ago.

Reel is relatively well looked after and has mainly been used for carpin' and as a loner to mate who want to fell the power of Daiwa at its finest.

PM me. I'll hold it for you for 48 hours.

I'm a bit too illiterate to get a custom job done

I've read a bit bout the Miller rods - anyone know the pricing on them?

Do people get it custom made or directly made off the site?

Any other good custom rods?

AHHH MILLION QUESTIONS

I have had no drama's with my new Certate not one.... It could of been the old Friday 3.30pm job quick bang it were out of here at 4pm so i wouldn't bag them just yet till i have personally had problems or hear more.... I have had my drag fully cranked with a mate ripping line of it, and mine hasn't failed dunno could of been a batch of dodgey bearings.....
