9 weight fly setup

Hi guys,

Thinking about getting an Innovator velocity 9 weight fly rod.
This will be used to target big fish such as tuna, big trevs, big queenies etc.
(already have a 7 weight for use on salmon, smaller trevs, bones etc...)

Can anyone recommend a good fly reel suited to this rod?
Will need to have a good drag system, for chasing fast moving pelagics.
Budget is around 300ish.

Also, if anyone knows of a better value for money, 9 weight fly rod, please let me know!
