Rod & Reel Combo

Hey fellow breamers
I am looking around for a new bream combo ranging from a budget of $300-400, preferably around the 2-4kg range, and would also like a 1000 size reel so any advice would be much appreciated

Pflueger Trion with a 2000 SOL would be just a little over 400 but would be a sweet combo.
