was just wanderin that even though daiwa has labled them as freshwater only iwas onderin if they could be used for bream

If you used the search function i asked this a while ago.. It the's the ball bearings are just steel (not stainless steel/corrosion resistant)and the bearings are filled with oil not grease for colder conditions, it was made for Freshwater Trout fishing.

Perrie uses his in the salt quiet a bit and has no problems as long as you are willing to put in the time to service it every 2 trips as in a proper one not just a wipe down.

A mate of mine (brimia) has one on a Megabass Shoreluck and its one of the best unweighted plastics combos I have ever used. Its been a while now in salt water with no problems. Just have to innox it well and clean it after every use.

Wheres the video? They may be very finesse but i've seen quite a few guys on here haul in some pretty big bream with them.
