i was reading in a magazine that you need different colored lenses for low light conditions and for bright sunny days ,also coudy days and so on.i dont want to buy 5or 6 piars of sunnies can you guys help me out .
polariod sunglasses are a must have in my takle box . i can not afford 5 or 6 pair of $150 each pair please help. thanks guys. |

Are you refering to the FWF issue 100 article on Sunglasses? Though you might since you mentioned that you are a reader... If that is the case then this applies;
In certain light conditions it would be of benefit to have galsses with different tint lenses. However in saying that these are not "needed" just more appropriate. You can get away in most situation with a lightly tinted (grey/brown) polarised lense. Having yellow lenses for early morning is great and I have a pair that I use just for that and they work better than my grey lenses. But if you are looking to buy your first pair try grey/brown tints to start. You can also get glasses with multiple interchangable lenses. If you are refering to FWF100 then look on page 126 at the Eyres safety optics or pG 127 High Def Spex for an example.
