Tournament butt??
I've been looking at getting a new rod for a while and the whole tournament butt thing keeps coming up on rods. Just wondering if it has and advantage or is it just a marketing thing?

I thought thats what you meant!!!
I like split butts, i think they feel comfortable for the way i cast. The top butt fits neatly into my hand. Take a few grammes away too. There has been previous threads about this with a few fore and a few against. I think its just a personal preference and it looks bling too!!
