Hey mate,

Asked the same question a while ago and the answer was a kind No.
As far as I know shimano really only make custom handles for the top-end reels in there productions e.g. Stella, Twinpower etc.

For T-Ledge.

http://translate.google.com.au/trans....com%26hl%3Den

scroll down right to the botom and it should have a link that says "option parts" right next to the "real four link" click it and it has custom knobs for stella's etc.

While I was there I had a look around, and I think I may have found a handle/knob for my sephia
How would a gold handle look on the sephia though.

Also the Cardiff is the same body to the Ci4. So I'm pretty sure it'll match teh sephia, anyone know if this is true?

Yea it is,

But, I've googled a picture of the cardiff and on the spool base its writes "Ci4". Which gives me the assumption it'll match a stradic Ci4 aswell as a sephia.
As shown;
