Shimano Cardiff Area ??

Hi everyone i went on yumeya site to look for custom handles and i came accross a reel which i have never heard off. Shimano CARDIFF AREA. And it actually look pretty smick. So, just out of curiosity have anyone heard or even witness good things about this reel, I notice it had CI4 on the spool base, is this a japanese version of the stradic CI4??
PS; does anyone know if it has the same handle type as the stradic FI? it doesn't say in the site, so i would assume not but just making sure.
thanks for replies,
btw, here is the link for them.

To me the spec suggest its a high end, made in Japan reel.
Maybe a cross between Stella/Soare. It has 9 bb, C14 rotor, mag body and Duralumin main gear, only C14 rotor is on a Stradic C14.
