Busselton on fire
There is a large bushfire burning right between town and the industrial area in the swamp lands. So far Ive heard reports that maybe a dozen houses and possibly a hardware store have been damaged. The chopper is in there dropping water as fast as it can and fire crews are everywhere. Great to see such a strong response by the emergency services. With the strong southerly winds its going to be a big job for them to keep it away from businesses on the old bussel highway.

Thats not good, lets hope everyone stays safe....... The emergency services of Australia, especially the volunteers are amazing...
Had a large fire near my place a few weeks back...... The skill of the fixed wing water bombers pilots and helitankers was unbelieveable, with thick smoke and power lines they have nerves of steel...... ELVIS save the day, what a AWESOME machine  ELVIS.jpg Elvis 2.jpg D'B
