Excellent Service
A couple of years ago, I purchased a pair of Ugly Fish Sunglasses from Carry On Fishing and Camping World in Kelmscott. (WA)
Two weeks ago I stood on them after they fell out of my ute and obviously they broke. I took them back to the shop I purchased them from, hoping to buy another pair the same or similar. I was told that the model was discontinued but if I was prepared to leave them there they would see what the rep said.
To cut a long story short, the Rep sent them to the Ugly Fish Head Office in Sydney and they repaired them! This process took about two weeks but considering I was not charged a cent for this service, I am wrapped.
A big thankyou to Carry On Fishing and Camping World and to Ugly Fish for service above and beyond the call.
