How much 6lb on a 2004?

Does anyone know how much 6lb braid (Sunline Super PE to be exact) you could fit on a 2004 Daiwa (Luvias to be exact). The charts say 100m of PE0.6 but that seems awfully low, especially if you didn't use backing. I would hope you could get 150m of braid on with no backing.

If this chart is true then I might go a 2000 Luvias but I don't like putting on excessive amounts of backing, as I think it mucks up the line lay a little bit. Does anyone know whether this is true? I have cheaper (no where near the level of a Luvias) 2000 Daiwa's with large amounts of backing but their line lay isn't great to start with so I'm not sure whether it's the backing or the reel.

I can get 150 of PE 0.6 Daiwa tournament braid plus a little backing on a Daiwa 2004 Exist and I think the Luvias 2004 is exactly the same spool size.

Just put 150m of 4lb frog onto my 2004 infeet spool with very little backing. The Frog stuff is fairly low dia so maybe 130m of 6lb... not sure.

Daiwa tend to understate their braid capacities from what i've found (or assume a bit of backing). Daiwa Aus says 4lb/100, japantackle says 3lb/100. Even at the lower, you'd fit 150m of PE0.6 (or a little over 200m using Daiwa Aus). For thin braid, half a mm on the spool can add up to quite a few m. Something like 1mm thickness of PE0.6 will be about 100m on a spool that size.

I may be be wrong but isnt the point of the spool the lb of line you use:

2004 - 4lb line
2006 - 6lb line

and so on...

a 2004 size spool should fit 100 m of 4 lb flouro and so on for 2506 etc
any daiwa spool size that doesnt end in 0 is a shallow spool
