Rod freight costs?

Was wondering if anyone could give me an estimate on getting a rod sent from tweed heads nsw to Adelaide and also the best method, cheers

Have used this mob twice now for up to 7ft Rods. Highly recommended. Should be $30 fully insured from memory.
