Luvias problems

Hey fellas, I have a luvias 2500, and recently I've noticed that if you grab the spool, and jiggle it up and down It has about 5-6mm play any ideas? My mates reel hasn't got this play! Cheers

If it is a Jap model then my 2004 does the same thing. More importantly it doesn't affect the preformance of the reel.

Just checked both of my 2500 Luvias, and they have some amount of vertical movement ... I would think the main shaft needed a certain amount of play in it. I wouldn't worry about it ... just wait till all the paint falls off

Cheers
