Water trouble.

recently replaiced the impeller in a 2002 15hp 4 stroke yammy.
Since doing this water is coming out the drain holes around the lower leg. I;ve attached a photo of were the water is coming from its not the same motor but i thought it would help explain it a bit more.
Water outlet flow is steady.
This didn't used to happen is it a problem?

Did you clamp down the impellor housing with a gasket and connect up the water outlet line that rund up to the top of the motor.
