Megabass

Who has a Megabass rod? And what do you think of it? Thinking about possibly getting one.

I'm running a KIRISAME F1-69XKS 2-6lb and find it a beauty for soft plastics and also running 2lb flurocarbon straight through. Not your rod for saltwater plastics as it is a bit light.

Come into Compleat Angler and Camping World in Nedlands, we have a Kirisame 6'9", Saratoga, Lycoan, Super Full House and an Aaron Martens Special 6-12lb which might be of intrest for you if you want a good allrounder rod for inshore work as well.

megabass Rod

i have a megabass shoreluck 6'8'' ultra light spin 1-3kg, it is a very very nice rod for flicking harbodies and light soft plastics..

I have only used mine once and figured the rod isnt for me so im actually thinking of selling it.

pm me for details, il put the link for the japan megabass site so u can have a look at what the rod looks like

I have the KIRISAME F1-66ZKS Limited 2-8lb. It has the stinger tip which is simillar to nibble tip. Loaded up really well to cast small lure and the backbone is strong. Loving it.

There is minor difference between XKS and ZKS. Mainly ZKS has better paint job and it is rated a little stronger than XKS.And a bit shorter

I picked up mine oversea for $600.
