how to retreive Ecogear SX 40F and PX 45

Hi guys.

I'm kind of new in lure and bream fishing.
I bought these 2 lures and I'm planning to give them a go soon. I was wondering what would be the best way to retrive them.... Slow? fast? twitching?

start slow twitch then speed it up if you dont get any hits,alwaze have a pawse.the fish will be on the end of your line soon good luck.
