Wicked, Wild and Wet Wapole

Well, what can I say. We've had it all in the last few days. A nice warm Thursday night progressed backwards towards some of the coldest weather I've had in a long time.

The wind and rain tried it's best to put a dampener on the weekend, but no dice. The fishing was hot and nightly conversation was hotter. Who used what, who fell in (Nifty, Steve Brown and Saltydog ), how the boats performed and who got a PB.

Many thanks to all the guys for making my life easy during the whole weekend and for making sure all of the cabins were clean.

Thanks again to the managers at Coalmine Caravan Park for helping us out and for making sure things were ready to go for all involved.

This will not be a once off guys and I hope you all come along and and enjoy the next one.

Once again the Breamers have been the talk of the town and the Bream flats fired.

Lots of pics to follow that are available to those who e-mail me, rallye@optusnet.com.au

Pic 1 - Frankland River, this has to be seen to be appreciated.

One of hundreds of Bream taken from the flats.

This was Bream fishing at it's wildest. In one session on Sunday arvo, over 200 Bream were taken in 3 hours by 4 boats.

Lures used on the flats were Manns Stretch, Storn Hot 'n Tot, River2Sea, Laser Pro 45 and other I can't remember

Wild addictive fishing, you'll see what I mean later.
