Anyone know of an email address I can use to contact mercury head office in either WA or the national head office

Drop the guys at Aquasports Marine a call Brad. 9250 3339.

They did the hunting around for me when I had my Optimax brought in, they should be able to point you to the right person.

Two thumbs up to the guys at Aquasport, they sorted everything out quick smart over the phone.

Good to see you can still call a company up and get decent advice over the phone.

hopefully it will be "have had" now mate. We traced back to the cause of it today and they gave me a solution over the phone. Bloody great service.
