I have tried em a few times lately but I haven't had any success yet.

I have the 1 Inch version and they are plenty big enough, wouldn't go the 2 inch as I reckon it will be too big.

Jig weight ??? Ive tried a few from, Squigdy reson heads and up to 1/16 lead heads.

When I first saw them I thought they would slay the Bream and they might but I'm buggered if I can get one on em. I spose in the right place and used correctly they might work.

I'm also interested to here from anyone getting results on em...

EDIT: I have the Natural colour.

i bought a few packs with the same hopes as you guys...they look good and in theory they should be good but imo they arent that flash...
ive watched bream slowly cruise over to perfectly presented 1" peelers sinking slowly down the side of a pylon and just look at it then swim away, seen this over and over again at the docks.
They seem to be a different texture to other gulps and in the water they just look like a chunk of plastic rather than a crab, i think they lack in the realism department and this could explain the constant refusals.
in certain situations i think they could work but dont think il be casting one any time soon

Try using a split-shot rig rather than a jig head or, even better, go unweighted.
Also try and get your hands on ABT's tournament mag from (about) two years ago and read Dave Wefare's article on fishing with crab patterns.
Rigging them so the hook goes through side of the crab (rather than head to tail or vice versa) will give you the most natural presentation.
The crabs will work, just need to put in the time fishing them.

Phil

Try a heavier jighead and very slow retrieve along the bottom, worked for me a few times but got too boring after a while...(they were good size fish though)
