fishing fast flowing creeks

i have recently been having a go at a fast flowing creek, i was wondering wat are the best way to fish these types of locations. Wat soft plastics do ppl recomend and wat fish i should be targeting

depending were you are based...
here on the cost in summer we throw big hb,s for jack,eastery cod and sometimes giant herring.
you do get bream in them but who would want to go for bream when there are jack!

thanks

i dont think that their would be jack their as it is a sandy bottom with a rocky outcrop on one side. the channel is formed by two other shallow channels which join to make a deeper one with a depth of 2m or so. so what would u reckomend for fishing a place like this, wat lures and which way to retrieve.

but thanks for the advise i will try the out crop for jacks
