Happy Birthday Madsurfe!

Happy Birthday JP, may all your wishes come true. Would like to take this opportunity to thank you both for all the help you have given me over the years. Hope you get all the boating and tackle dreams that you want, for yourself, that is!

Have a good one!

I eventually made it back!

Thanks for all the well wishes guys!

Just got back from Sussex Inlet where the wind was a pain in the proverbial.

Spent my birthday out on the Basin, not finding any bream, but at least we were out on the water.

Went to the RSL for the briefing and dinner, which we shared with Dave and Marilyn Moss (with the big tank). We had a great night. Dave and Marilyn even managed to score a seafood and a meat tray.

The comp went OK, but there was a lot of wind and chop out in the Basin, which made for a pretty uncomfortable ride on the way home. Day two dawned with even more wind and Mimmy and I ended up airborne for about 4 seconds at one stage. Woo hoo!!! Mimmy had her eyes closed hanging on to the o'DohDohDohDoh handle. Funny as!

Eventually I managed to snag a couple of Bream for the weigh-in and dinner as well in the way of Tailor, Flathead, Whiting and Flounder.
