Me personally, I would try and locate the batteries mid-ship, move the live wells back towards the middle, split the tanks and put the lean seat inbetween the tanks.

I have found it easier to balance a small boat when everything is central rather than at the extremes.

To be honest I'd get the livewells out of the nose as well. Behind the front storage you have is ideal.

I have a similar seup in my jabiru 3.8.

I have the livewell just in front of the front seat. This saves the fish from being smashed around and lifts the nose

You've got a lot of weight in the side with the battery where it is. Pumps etc are also located at the transom to make it easier as well, I would personally have the battery and pumps at the back for balance. Having the pump intake at the side can cause other issues.

Rear Open

25l fuel, two DC batteries, 115Ah for Kota, 40Ah (yellow top) for electronics & pumps. All water intakes/drains are low on the transom as close to centre as possible. Bilge pump outlet top left, just under the gunnel.

Bus Bar on the transom just under the motor.

Livewell

90 litres, has a divider and extends sideways under the front deck. Bottom drain visible, overflow at the top of the weel to the right, drains out through the side of the boat.

The spray bar, just visible on back edge, is 19mm black retic poly, hooked up to a bilge pump in the well with heaps of pinprick holes in it. Like a spa, on a timer in the switch panel.

Remember 90l water = 90kgs....

Front lockers

Pair of these just in front of the livewell, as you can see there is quite a bit of subfloor ali structure to support the decks.
