Shimano Aerlite Rod
I am looking to buy a new rod primarily for casting plastics and HB's for bream in rivers, I want to spend around $130. I have seen a shimano 'Aerlite ALT series' rod which seems like good value but I can't find any info on the Web about this rod. Does anyone know about this model? is it good value at $120 or should I be looking at something else? Is the Aerlite graphite???

The best thing about working in a tackle store is playing with rods. I'd have to say that Strudwick Sic Sticks are one of the best rods I've played with. quick recovery, quicker than some rods twice the price. I'll definatley be getting one as a backup/full time rod.

Sorry Emo but I've never heard of this type of rod before, even on American sites or Shimano UK (then again i didnt look very hard) the Lighter Shimano rods do have a good reputation though, so I doubt you'll be disappointed with it.
