green fish id help

hey guys
just wondering what this interesting looking little fish is, i caught alot of them on a recent trip away and they have me intrigued.
my guess is a variant of a wrasse but other than that i have no clue, just know they have a liking for white gulps
can any of the fish experts help me out??

I've always just refered to them as Parroties but Wrasse would be a more accurate description.

P.S. the brown ones like brown gulps
