okuma inspira IS15

what you guys think about this reel, i've found quiet a cheap one just not sure about how good they are.
would it be good for bream with 6lb fireline?
has anyone had any experience with these reels, what do you think about them?
i will be fishing off a kayak, and don't want anything expensive like a stella or luvias, because one wrong move on the kayak, and the next thing you'll see is a beautiful shimano stella sinking to the bottom of the ocean.

just another thing, is the IS15 to small, should i move up to an IS20, or is that getting too heavy?
i would go a stradic, but i am able to get the inspira for $80, thats a good deal right?

I have 3 of them and all have had a fair hammering, but are still running well. They may not be the smoothest reel around, but they take a lot.

good buy

80 bucks is a good price vuki if it is new, they come with two ali spools and a great, light graphite body.

Worked mine very hard for two years of comps and it is still on a rod every time I go out.

I had a 20 but found it to be substantially heavier.

Before you buy it go look at a shimano sienna 1000fb, it was my first reel and you can get one for about 55 bucks, mine is still great with good drag and feels smooth.

just one more thing
what the difference between the Stradic 1000 and the 2500?
are there any different parts. they both take the same amount of line, and same amount of ball bearings?
whats the difference and which one is better?

Don't worry about him mate, ask away. It's basically a spool size difference. If you're only after bream the 2500 may not be for you, but it you want to target pinkies, mulloway and such then the 2500 is ideal.

HTH.
