Looking at the below Traceroute I would say the host for Bream master is having a few problems

Right down the bottom shows alot of packetloss at sprintlink in the US.
I would say there is a router having problems or the link is suffering problems.
just keep trying and you will be able to access it.

I was trying to get on a minute ago and couldn't get anything. I thought for a moment war may have been declared or something. We host in the states due to the higher speed servers and the realistic hosting costs.

They're normally really good, possibly just a small hiccup.
