Sydney Harbour Comp

Am working on the east coast for the next couple of weeks, I was at watsons bay this morning catching a ferry and viewed a boat with two guys on board working the morings, I think the boat was called 'attackin' or something like that. Was there a comp on? I also saw a boat at rose bay?, land a nice fish while the ferry was pulling in there. Talking east coast, can anyone tell me If I wan't to have a flick whilst I am over here do I need a recreational anglers license, I am going up to newcastle and was thinking of giving the hunter a run??

Hey Mate
If you wanted we could meet up for a fish somewhere in the harbour sometime.
Apparently there are some huge bream in Darling Harbour.
