Not a bad start!

Went out today with my 2 youngest boys and the 15 year old nailed his first bream on lure and 29cm isnt a bad start, he just cranked the handle until it was boatside- the boy has no style lol.

This fella can fish but he costs me a fortune in fireline, you know you turn around to see a huge bunch of knots on thier line and it came all by itself?, but he keeps me fit dodging and weaving his hook when he casts.

Yeah, the kinda trouble that goes, "1-nil.........2 nil......" etc.

You'll be playing catchup forever after that. Good to see the younger boys getting out more.

Talking

After I was busted off by a huge mulloway using normal fishing line as a leader & being sore about it for 3 days. hehe

I swore to always use quality flourocarbon, I am reinsured after catching big flatheads & seeing the lil' teeth marks on the leader that it's worth paying extra money for good quality leaders or else you're risking the fish of a lifetime. The fish really have a tough time trying to bite through etc. the flourocarbon lines.

The extra money doesn't only buy you quality leaders & such but it gives you more confidence & confidence catches fish.
