bream on pearl blue berkely minnow

G'day,

I've found them my better than just about anything, for bream, if the water is really clear, and if the sun is bright (lots of sparkle)
Have hopefully attached (have just joined, so technical ability may let me down) a few nice photos of a couple of just-caught bream with the 3 inch pearl blue sticking half out each side of the greedy mouth.

ditto

I agree, Pearl Blue has done well where the water had been particularly clear and it was a sunny day.

One time I fished a spot on the Brisbane river, the water was paritcularly clear (probably from the lack of rain a few months ago).

The bream just continuously nailed the Pearl Blue 3" BM. It was actually the first time I had success with 3" BM's, or any soft plastic of that size. I've since tried 4" plastic worms on those bream, and they seem to like them also.

But now that the Brisbane river is constantly tanned, I've switched to using Smelt and Pumpkinseed.
