2006 Abu Garcia Cardinals
First mentioned by Ballnuts on the Hopkins Prizes threads. New releases. Managed to find these images as well as attractive pricing.
Here's the first. This is the smallest size, the new 300UL. Same size as my current C100UL, but spool looks smaller by my eyes. |

This is the next size up, the 301. Given my new found soft spot for the Cardinals, this is now getting consideration.

One more.
The 502. This is the one that has the tag ALB as well, so probably is the new metal bodied bad boy.

The new metal body jobs look good for the price.
I've got an old t2000f cardinal pro around 5 years old really nice reel. I don't think they have made anything quite as good since. Some of the cardinals that have come out since feel pretty sloppy and plastic. Nice to see they have lifted their game a bit |
