New boat decisions decisions
I am thinking about a boat to cover me from impoundments, estuary and some westernport and prtphillip bay snapper, gummy and whiting fishing. So I need one person launch and retrieve, seaworthiness but I want a front casting deck and electric motor. So my question is what size, style and make would you buy for these needs.
Please let me know what your thinking other than two boats.

Recently purchased a 4.29m Stacer outlaw which is as close as i could come to a single handed do most things sort of boat.

460SC Renegade is my suggestion.
Not sure about impoundments as we don't have them here in SA, but as far as an estuary, small river, and bay boat, I can't fault it. Can launch and retrieve solo easily and I winch on n push off. No driving on / off here. Regularly run 15 or more K's up the coast and its a far better ride than 5m Razerline I used to have. Outlaw n Scorpions are similar layouts but slightly different under the waterline. Outlaw now has the revolution hull which is not too dissimilar to the Blade hull of the Renegade, so the new Outlaws will ride a tonne better than the older Evo hulls. Stability is not an issue in the Quinnie either. 460 works for us and we fish up to 4 at times, chucking lures at bream, snapper, or squid, but maybe a 440 would be something suitable to you also.
