Yeah my goldfish were way too big so I had to find a new home for them.
And once youve watched goldfish fart around the tank for 3 years - the yabbies make a welcome change. Interesting little buggers with lots of quirks and social behaviors revolving around heirachy. Admittedly alot of them revolve around running away from the biggest male. But theres lots of other stuff going on aswell. When the babies hatch - there'll be plenty to see. So its interesting to watch it all unfold And the flatty scoop - well thats just your garden variety genius from a veteran ideas man |

Well the torch arrived and its a ripper - apart from heat sensors dimming the light when it gets too hot on turbo mode (The adds say you can start fires with the torch beam)- its perfect for me.
Also added a velcro strap at the back for extra security. Its not really required as the mount is tight enough to scrape paint off the torch - but it does make it "impossible" to dislodge - instead of just "extremely unlikely"😉 Also set the torch back a bit, in the holder, so the tip doesnt protrude so much. As any Docks fisherman while tell you - balance is important Last edited by yellow door 1; 26-01-2022 at 07:45 PM. |

Nah - everything controlled by button on top
it has a mode where you can disable the button so you cant accidentally turn it on Last edited by yellow door 1; 12-02-2022 at 02:17 PM. |

These Sorfins arent a Stella, or even a stradic, they are more like a $100 reel that fans love saying is just as good as the expensive reels
The dont have integrated cooling fans and they dont have as long a running time as the expensive torches with expensive batteries. What they do have is a rep for packing alot into a cheap package. P.s. they use 3, 18650 batteries which are a bit bigger than double AAs. If I had my head on straight when purchasing, I may have gone for a torch that takes 4 batteries. But after an hour of use last night, the battery went from 4.1 volts to 3.7 volts The vid is just me rambling about the torch - its boring but its handy to know before purchase |
