Not as of yet Chief. A little birdy did tell me that they brought out some reels over the weekend though, including a new Lin and a tuned up T3

Love this thread!

Now someone come up with a rod for me, Medium Heavy/Heavy Baitcast for bass/jacks/cod. Casting 3/8 - 1oz (big topwater, spinnerbaits, z man swimmers). Looking at either Ryoga 1016 or z2020 for the reel.

Alright, I have stayed out of this thread as long as I possibly can.

What is going to be a sweet BC rod for perch and bass fishing that is about to throw 1/32 plastics to 1/8th plastics and still have the sack to pull a big fish out of a snag?

Length would ideally be 6'8'' or less.

well you saw my rod BWJ but it may be a little heavy I'd probably go destrpyer phase 3 F3-67X matched to a daiwa pixy either this one
>Daiwa Liberto Pixy PX68
> or Daiwa Pixy PX68 SPR

Personally I'd go with the rattle viper, just because it's going to be a bit more forgiving than the other two.

This thing has a solid tip like a kirisame, and is probably your best bet, as it's the lightest cast weight BC they make.
