Mix the garlic/ginger 70/30 with some stock and blend it until it is smooth, you will then be able to inject it easily through the needle.

I just loosely followed Spoonta's directions - about 300ml of beef stock - 2 heaped table spoons of garlic/ginger paste - the juice from half a lemon - about a teaspoon of pepper then blend the crap out of it - and syringe 100ml into the roast before cooking - then another 100ml half way through - (didnt end up using the last 100ml) p.s - I also coated the out side of the roast with the mixture Last edited by yellow door 1; 16-09-2020 at 08:05 PM. |
