Quintrex Dory 4.2 vs Stacer Kestrel 4.18

Hey fella's, which hull do you think would be a better boat on rivers and lakes, but also lived most of it's life on Port Phillip Bay in Vic. I'd be mainly using it for drifting for squid and flicking plastics at pinkies in PPB, but also doing the odd bream fishing in lakes, etc.

My budget is about $10K, so I'd consider anything else for bay\river fishing, but it HAS to be a centre console. Any idea's?

Thanks.

Do both those hulls come out of the factory as bare hull tiller steers?

I did a quick search and wasnt getting alot of hits on centre consols

I did see the Busta on youtube but it was being touted as a custom job by Caloundra marine

A mate got Sea Jay to make a Magnum how he wanted it. After the dealer said no to making changes he went to SJ them selfs.
I’m not sure how much 10k will get you but I would think the secondhand market would be the best bet
