Making my way through the cleats over the last week or so...
need to put the heater on in the shed a few hours prior to starting thanks to the rapid decrease of overnight temps... but daytime weather has been good enough to be able to drag the boat out and work in the sun      Also putting the resin tub in front of a little electric blow heater makes it easily workable after a good shake... i hate working in the cold!!!

Coming along nicely Craig.
I wouldn't have the patience to do it properly like you are.

quick glue up tonight to finish off the cleats and get the tow eye block in... hopefully i've done this right
obviously still need to fillet and then glass the block in and re-drill the holes and seal the holes before installing the tow eye.

I'm a pretty thorough guy and had a fair idea of what i was getting into. I research stuff too much at times where it becomes an obsession. what i didn't take into account was the impact it would have on my back, an old injury has flared up a number of times which has halted progress too many times. I was hoping to have it finished by now and its still in my shed a long way off being "splashed"

spent a few days after work cleaning up the cleats, had to adjust a couple that had slipped up due to clamping pressure... whoops
dry fit the cockpit sole, made a few adjustments to ensure a good fit. modified the forward storage sole to suit my requirements. Prepped the fuel tank sole as well, cut some holes so i can pour the foam inside and glued in rings for each so i can plug them later. Gave the underside a few coats of resin and finally glued in the fuel tank sole... once step closer to foam!! It doesn't look like i've done much but i have stopped over the past few weeks...lol
