Atomic WA Bream Classic Boat Series Getaway Outdoors Rnd 1

Round 1 of the Getaway Outdoors Boat classic season is on the 12th March 2017

This round will be held in the Swan River on the doorstep of Perth city. The Swan river can be fickle at times but generally produces great fishing. With recent flooding the river has had an exceptional flush and by the time this event occurs we could well be amongst some of the best fishing the river has experienced for some time.

The start location will be the Sea Scout Hall at the end of Milne St in Bayswater https://goo.gl/maps/CAj4EhGvdpA2

There is no boat ramp at this location so please launch at another ramp and make your way to the start location. Please also remember to not leave valuables in your car and to consider using the bigger and busier ramps as it appears scumbags patrol the ramps in the early morning looking for easy opportunities.

The pre fish ban for this event will commence on the 6th of March this will include all waters of the Swan and Canning Rivers, down to the Fremantle Traffic Bridge.

If you would like to enter this round please get your entry in ASAP.

Rules for this event can be found here
http://www.westoz.fish/wp-content/up...Rules-2017.pdf

The entry form can be found here http://www.westoz.fish/wp-content/up...Boat_Entry.pdf

Once you click on the above link it will open in your browser, you will then need to open the pdf with Adobe Reader so that you can fill it in and e mail it online.

A breakfast of bacon and eggs (fire restrictions dependent) as well as cereal tea and coffee will be provided during registration in the morning.

Entries will only be confirmed once we have received a completed entry form and full payment.

For more info and chat on this event also check out the WA Bream Classics Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/TheWesternA...azine/?fref=nf

If you have any questions or would like an entry form e mailed to you please feel free to contact us at wafm@westnet.com.au

Please do not send PM's, IM's, facebook messages or anything other than e mails or phone calls as unfortunately we may miss your request.

Any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Hey guys,

I need a partner if someone wants to take me on, for this round or both.
Always happy to chip in some fuel, prefish, have a few lures you can use & I like to 'think' I can catch a rat or two.. Keen for a fun day out, more keen on the experience / getting out there and giving it a shot. If your keen PM me on Facebook (preferably) or here. If you can just post in here that you have PM me.

Have knowledge of the system, though not as extensive as my knowledge on mandurah/surrounds. Appreciate the support & hoping I can get out there to support the Classics guys as they are a great event.

Cheers,

Jesse.

Thanks to everyone one who has already entered, can everyone else intending to fish please get you entries in ASAP.

Hobie Polarized Big Bream is $500

First Place $1000 cash

Over $5000 in cash and prizes up for grabs for the day as well as gift voucher spot prizes.

We have a freshly flushed system to fish and the bait fish schooling up at the moment should make it some pretty amazing fishing for the day.

Looking forward to seeing you all there.

not many entries (don't mean to state the obvious) where are all the young guns that are supposedly coming through, not stirring, just asking.
