US soft plastic Minnow Baits

Hello Bream Fisho's
A few quick photo's of some of the current sp's that are popular in the states. I also have enclosed a picture of the new to the US Yamamoto Sekno lite 2in. I think it would work well for bream if you cast under docks or along pilings, Just reply and let me know what you think. I can take some pictures of other baits I use here if anyone wants to see them.

there are a heap of good bream/panfish sized lures coming out of japan/ korea etc at the moment
the senko is quite popular here already i believe!

i would love to try french fries (not the human edible type! ) on carolina rig here for the really BIG! bream, they are a little bulky at 6" but they have such a great action and can be chopped down anyway......
cant wait to get my greasy little hands on some

I have been playing around with a few of the worms, especially on jews, with mixed results.

I have all the French Fries, they're way too thiock for bream. I have caught one school jew on "pumkinseed" colour fry rigged "wacky" style.

So far the best worms I've tried have been the 4" Berkely's, BassPro DropShot worms and some XPS ones.

From memory I think Chris 'Slick' Wright used a triple tail grub as part of his arsenal in the Glenelg comp.

Swoffa the 3 inch senko's your using are they the fat style you got from breammaster ?

You can get senkos in all different thicknesses, Im using the 3 Inch 9B which is a really skinny version of the standard senko, it works a treat on bream when thrown weightless.

Senko

The one in the picture is a 2in slender vesion. I would wacky rig it in the middle with a size 4 drop shot hook and let it fly. I think it should cast well on fireline. Miine should be here this week so I will try it.

Ranger pulled in 22 redfin (perch) this morning all bigger than 20+cm from Rowville lakes this morning. They couldn't resist the horizontal fall, when rigged weightless.

I haven't tried the Senko's mate. I should order some with my next BassPro order.

BassPro didn't have the 9b which is the more slimline senko. I had my brother in law pick them up from yama directly.
