Have you got a Tide & Moon Watch, please help?

I got a tide, moon & base mode watch (Casio PRS-3V Module 2531) for Christmas and having problems programing it. There is no point asking the shop as Myer staff don't know anything about these watches. I even took it to a well known tackle store and the proprietor who is famous in fishing and boating, doesn't even know thus I am at a total loss.

Manual instructions advises the following:

1)Enter the GMT differential time, difference of the time zone where the site is located from Greenwich Mean Time ....... DONE 8.00 being for Perth

2)The Longitute which is 116 degrees East .... DONE

3)The Lunitidal Interval is the time elapsing between the moon's transit over a meridian and the next high tide at that meridian. When setting the lunitidal interval for this watch, use the time differential between moon's transit over the meridian until high tide. This watch displays lunitidal intervals in terms of hours and minutes ... ... having problems here don't understand a word, what is a meridian. Where would I find the time the moon transits over the meridian?

Any advice would be appreciated.
