Thumbs up TD-Z 2506C Type R Plus

My TD-Z 2506C arrived last night.

First impression is it looks a more attactive than the certate R and Luvias 2000. Weight- unbeliverable light(Type R 185gm, Certate 2500 250gm, Luvias 2500 240gm in the same size)
Spin the handle.... THE SMOOTHEST CRANKING SPINNING REEL I'VE FELT(silimar to stella but better than certate and luvias)!!! Type R Plus 12+1 Roller bb's, Certate 9/1 bb's, Luvias 6/1 bb's.

I locked down the drag on the reel and tried to pull the line out with my hand to see how strong the drags were. The Type R+ won hands down than the other two(certate and luvias). I was able to lock this reel's drag down all the way and not be able to pull out any line.

Type R+, My new favorite spinner, has anyone also own one of this beauty? What rod is best to suit this reel?
If you're a super-junkie and a collector, you have to get this reel.

Yip

Wink

I think thats a freshwater reel and isn't design for saltwater

And secondly, it's a shallow spool reel... if are to compare it properly you gotta compare it to the luvias 2506 which is actually 215 grams

Cheers

It sounds good.

I'm looking for a new reel for casting bigger plastics for jewies and kingies, to match with a Millerod BeastBuster. I guess I'll have to check it out.

I sold it to a mate, never even spooled it up. I'm gonna get another one as soon as I can.
