MB Hyuga

So, I'm highly considering doing the unthinkable and ditching my 5 stupidly expensive, blingy megabass bream rods in exchange for 2 (just as blingy?) far less expensive rods as they hardly get the use to warrant owning them and I'm starting to feel that they're all rather a bit pointless. On top of that, I honestly catch just as many fish on cheap rods, and the Hyuga actually seems to be pretty good bang for your buck (they actually have stainless SiC guides! ). What my main concern is, is what type of PYROFIL do they use? I know Samurai also use PYROFIL, but I'm lead to believe that there are different grades of it, and so I'd like to know if the Hyuga uses the same graphite as any of the current samurai rods (or any other rod for that matter) as to get a feel for it.

Cheers
Ron Swanson

Oh, and another reason I want to offload my stupidly expensive gear is so that I can buy a stupidly expensive Barrett.

Ultimately, I'd like an M95 but an M99 is more likely. I can pick one up without a scopr for around $7000. I'm not 100% set on a Barrett, though. I've also been looking at Armalites and Anzio Ironworks, who also do reasonably priced Ammo.

Sell your reels and lures as well and go all out

I'll fly down and pay for ammo and beers

You can always sell a kidney for some big glass too lol

With what I could get for my gear these would be more realistic. The M99 is only a .416, but has more velocity at a mile than a .50, but ammo would be far more scarce. The Armalite is a lot of bang for buck, but I'd rather a bullpup to accommodate more barrel/size. The Anzio is dirt cheap, even considering import/exchange rate, but I can't find much on them, and have heard of their muzzle breaks tearing off.

I have a friend with a farm in the middle of nowhere where we go to wreck havoc with bang sticks, and if you're bringing beer I'm sure you'd be most welcome.

The problem with selling my kidneys is that I won't be able to drink as much beer.

We'll see. I'm not committed yet. But, I have a deep throat, racing condition fullhouse, lycaon evo, kirisame, and saratoga. I'd also be looking at moving my reels on, which are a racing condition 256, lin 258, steez 2004, exist branzino. Again, not committed to anything yet.

Barret

Might be interesting as most states wont let you purchase a .50 cal and very few ranges will even let you use a ,338 lapua although im not totally up to date any more.Best of luck anyway.
