Got a new rod now for a new reel

So i won a flash new rod at the GTS round last weekend and i need a reel to go on it.
I've been trying to work out the different between the Stradic CI4 and Rarenium other the gear ratio and is the Sustain any different then the Stradic FJ other then the rotor and bearings in the handle ?
I have been using Stradics since the FH came out and have been very happy with them but looking for something with a little more bling.
Im not so keen on the Daiwa as every reel i have owned in the last few years have had to go back to get something fixed.
Any input would be tops.

I think you get a spare spool with the Rarenium and the sustain is a bit lighter than the FJ. Sustains are a very nice reel.

I've got a Complex Ci4+ 2500S F4. Its basically a Stradic or Rarenium, depending on which gear ratio you go for, with a few extra bearings and a couple of shallow spool options.
I'm happy with mine.

I have been using a stradic ci4+ 2500 for 12 months and cannot fault it . Also have a few daiwa reels so not biased either way. So far it has not missed a beat from bream to meter sized mulloway. I do believe they are a bit more bullet proof than the daiwa reels. Mate of mine swears by his pflueger supreme xts reels and they may have the blingy look you are after,

Love my complex ci4+ F6 too. Smooth and light. Doesn't take much to turn the handles at all. it looks great too.
